Helen Shapiro practices primarily in the area of real estate transactions and finance, including work relating to commercial purchase and sale transactions, real estate financing, subdivision matters and office, retail and industrial leasing.

Helen was formerly an assistant attorney general with the Office of the Arizona Attorney General, representing the Arizona State Land Department with respect to all Arizona state trust land transactional matters, including master planned communities, solar and wind electrical energy generating facility ground leasing, shopping center and office ground leasing, participation contracts, mass tract easements for commercial, industrial and governmental users and assistance with auction document preparation.
